OMR Bagla is a aluminum die-casting foundry having high-pressure die-casting machines ranging from 250 T to 1600T locking force. It currently produces around one million aluminum components on CNC control high pressure die-casting fully automated machines.

1. Die Casting

Die Design

Our Design Centre has been recognized by Ministry of Science and Technology, Govt of India.

OMR –BAGLA is having the most up-graded and dedicated Design –Team to ensure the innovative support to its Customers. Metal flow analysis and the latest software such as PRO/E, UG, ACAD for Die- Designing and Development activity assures the bench-mark perfection in product development.

High Pressure Die Casting

OMR Bagla is having rich experience in High Pressure Die Casting, OMR Bagla has developed in-house expertise in this field. We have adequate infrastructure and processes for handling multiple alloys, We produce over 200 thousand die cast components from our machines ranging from 400T to 1600T locking force capacity. The HPDC machines are fully automatic and higher tonnage machines with real time controls & Robots ensure consistent quality.

Customer’s requirements for Pressure-tight and radiography level I castings are increasing now a days and OMR Bagla has the experience and expertise in such castings. OMR Bagla adopted TPM way to maintain the machines in order to have more operating equipment effectiveness as astep towards lean manufacturing

Melting

OMR Bagla aptly chooses the perfect aluminum alloy to meet the customer’s product requirement. Our strong belief in Eco-friendly procedures motivates us to use more efficient furnace oil fired furnaces. We melt the variety of international alloys such as A380, ADC12, ALSI132, ALSI 9MNMG and LM24.

Degassing

OMR-BAGLA uses Nitrogen base degassing. Enhanced casting strength and reduced porosity levels, a mandatory requirement for most of the automotive parts, is assured through Nitrogen based Degassing.

Die Maintenance

OMR-BAGLA has highly trained and dedicated team to maintain and offer improved Die- performance. The Company is equipped with a full-fledged Die-maintenance set-up which consists of milling, surface grinding, radial drilling machines, Tools, cutter grinder and lathe machines.

2. Machining

CNC Machining

OMR-BAGLA has state – of – the – art machining set-up with Japanese – made Vertical and Horizontal Machining Center with a pallet changer and rotary table. OMR Bagla also has special purpose machine to meet it’s customer requirement. This will enable the company to machine intricate shapes with un-matched tolerance .

Leak Testing

OMR-BAGLA is well equipped with ‘Leak Testing facilities’ for testing the pressure tightness of the components and safety to the critical parts for both dry and wet types which ensure that the components do not leak more than the specified level under a specific pressure.

Surface Treatments

OMR Bagla has the facilities for surface treatment processes like Shot blasting, Vibro finishing, Anodising & Vacuum impregnation, to add more value & provide readymade components to it’s customer.

Assembly

OMR-BAGLA has a perfect ‘Assembly Set-up’ which can assemble child parts in the machined casting components and which also aims at providing value additions and ready-made components to its Customers.

OMR Bagla are strictly adhere to the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) policy, the goal of which is: Zero Product Defects, Zero Equipment Unplanned Failures, Zero Accidents. Every department in plant keeps regularly updates the pillars of TPM.

Apart from cutting edge technology in inspection,testing & validation facility, Bagla Group Companies practice quality in each process of product realization.

Before initiation of product development,detailed study goes in to understanding the product for Form Fit, Function & Life Cycle.

Similar quality is imbibed in process and inspection planning. The knowledge of parameters critical to product & processes is decimated throughout the organization before the sample production begins. Members are assigned with the ownership of product & process with plans for multi skills.

Universal Testing Machine

At OMR-BAGLA we have universal testing machine which is used to test the tensile stress and compressive strength of materials. It can perform many standard tensile and compression tests on materials, components, and structures.
